Size labels are available in either a custom design or generic and they have separate listings, you can find these in the clothing-tag collection (link above). 

Iron on labels have a listing of their own and are found in the same collection.

We require an upload of an image, or your previous artwork proof so we can identify your original labels.  We do not have access to the old Ted + Toot website so cannot identify ribbon type or sizes from previous orders placed with them.

Step 1: Choose Your Label Style
Pick from our range of label styles – sew-on, iron-on, loop fold, end fold, side tab and more. Select the one that works best for your items.

Step 2: Pick Your Size
Each label style is available in a variety of sizes. Choose the size that best suits your products.  Sizes range from 1cm wide to 5cm ribbon - we have selection guides in the product listings to assist you with choosing the right size.  We automatically allow a 1cm seam allowance for all loopfold, endfold and side tabs.

Step 3: Select Ink Colour
We offer a wide selection of ink colours. Match your brand or choose something fun and eye-catching. Ink colour is single colour only, we do not do multi-colour for the Ted +Toot label range.  Colours available are black, white, red, gold, silver, navy, purple, pink, orange, and green.

Step 4: Add Your Logo or Wording
Upload your logo file (JPEG, PNG, PDF) or type the wording you’d like printed. Our team will set it up for the best print result.  You can also send us a link to your Canva file (edit/access required), and we can download in the appropriate format for your label.

When you are designing your artwork please remember to use 100% black.  Our machines use a thermal printing process and require a solid black base - even if you are having gold or a coloured ink.  

Remember to create your artwork to fit your label eg if you are ordering a 3cm wide label x 5cm long, set up your page to fit that exact size and leave at least 2-3mm from the edges to allow for movement during the printing process.

Step 5: Choose Your Quantity
Labels are sold in packs (30, 40, 50, 100, 250, etc.). Select the pack size that fits your needs.

Step 6: Approve Your Design
After ordering custom labels, we’ll send you a proof to check. Nothing is printed until you give the go-ahead.  Pre-designed range and reprints do not require a proof - only new custom printed designs.

Step 7: We Print & Ship
Once approved, your labels are carefully printed and shipped straight to your door.

However, ensure that you include all the necessary details, such as the text you want on the labels and any special design requests. After reviewing your order, simply hit the submit button. So, your personalized labels will be on their way to you shortly!

Tracking Your Order

Once you’ve placed your order, you can easily track the status. We’ll send you an email confirmation that includes a tracking link. This way, you can stay updated on your order's progress. Because we value timely delivery, we aim to process your custom labels as quickly as possible, ensuring you receive them well before your event or project.
