How to Order – A4 Colour Cotton Printed Labels

Our A4 Colour Cotton Labels are perfect for makers who want professional, colourful branding on their handmade items. Ordering is simple – just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select Your Label Sheet Style

Choose from the Paper Love Cards exclusive range of A4 label sheets. Each sheet is filled with your custom labels, printed in full colour on soft cotton fabric.  These labels are best suited to lightly laundered items such as scarves, scrunchies, beanies, soft toys, etc.  They are colour printed and we treat them to hold colour.  Cotton sheets are NOT suitable for bibs, or heavily laundered clothing items.

Step 2: Choose Label Size & Shape

Each sheet is available in a variety of label sizes. Pick the one that suits your products best.

Step 3: Upload Your Logo or Design

Upload your logo or artwork file (JPEG, PNG, PDF). If you don’t have a design, you can also provide text or wording, and our team will set it up for you.  You can also share your Canva design with us (edit/access required) and we can download in the appropriate format for your labels.

Step 4: Select Quantity

Labels are sold in packs of A4 sheets. Labels are printed in multiples across the sheet for you to cut off and sew on or iron on as required.  Quantity varies with the different sizes, your artwork proof will have the total amount.

Step 5: Proof Approval

Once we receive your order, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval. Printing won’t begin until you’re happy with the design.

Step 6: We Print & Ship

After approval, your A4 sheets of cotton labels will be professionally printed, trimmed, and shipped directly to you.
