Our artwork setup fee applies to all new designs on selected items, for both new and returning customers.

Each design requires individual print and cut files and can take time to prepare.

How to add the setup fee:

• For a single design or item, select a quantity of 1

• For multiple designs (e.g. three different earring card sizes), select a quantity of 3

Returning customers:

Even if you have ordered with us before, any new design, design change, or product not previously ordered requires new files to be created. A setup fee must be added for each design.

Orders submitted without the required setup fee will be amended, and the applicable fee will be invoiced prior to production.
